PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

In 1986, Laura established a Real Estate company specifically to serve the needs of Court and Government-managed transactions. As a certified California Auctioneer, Laura founded Merlin Enterprises, and began specializing in court-managed property sales, including Probates, Bankruptcies, and Estate and Trustee sales.

Laura obtained her full Broker’s License in 1989. Over the next 17 years, Laura continued her service in REO sales through both Merlin Enterprises and other independent and affiliated venues. She brought success to many institutions through rapid sales and personal attention.

In 2006 Laura chose RE/MAX of Valencia as her Master Brokerage. Laura formed her current team shortly after joining forces with RE/MAX of Valencia, creating what now is The Laura Dietz Team.

In 2010 The Laura Dietz Team left RE/MAX of Valencia and opened Summit Realty.
